I’ve only been on my spending ban for two days, and already I’m dying to buy something! I usually end up accidentally buying myself something that someone’s got me for my birthday, so I need to stay out of the shops for a bit, but I’ve put together a little list of things I’d be out buying if I could!
Yardley’s April Violets perfume – I know Yardley’s not exactly cool, but this is supposed to be an absolute dupe for Penhaligon’s Violetta, which I adore but can’t afford!
Accessorize Bee and Phoenix necklaces – this tiny bee necklace is adorably dainty, and the phoenix is beautiful, both the jewelled and the enamel ones.
Korres lip butters – I love lip products, even more so if they’re beautifully scented, tinted, and in a little pot. So these are a definite winner!
Urban Decay Naked Palette – I must be the last person in the universe to buy one of these! I’ll see if all the heavy birthday hinting has done the trick, and if not, this is first on my list to add to my collection.
Bioderma Micellar Cleanser – I really really want to try a micellar water, and this is very reasonable on Escentual.com.
Essie Bikini So Teeny – looks like the perfect spring/summer mid blue!
Lush B Scent perfume – I adore this! I was given a gorgeous tiny vial of this by the lovely Rowan, and I’ve been torn between wearing it everyday, and ekeing it out to make it last. This smells absolutely beautiful on my skin! It’s only available online, boo, but I’m dying to have more… Actually, while I’m at it, I want to pick up a solid of nearly all the Lush perfumes – Cocktail and Superworld Unknown especially, but if it’s floral or citrussy I’m basically sold.
And don’t even get me started on books, there’s so many things I want to read!

I’ve been on a clothing/non-essential beauty spending ban between the 18th March – 18th April so not long to go, it does make you think when you’ve finished it though :). Hope it all goes well!

Haha, they do seem like must-haves, don’t they? I really love the quality of Urban Decay shadows, and have several palettes, but mostly bright or dark colours, very few library-suitable looks!
Will you go for the original one or the Naked 2? I *think* I just about prefer the Naked 1…

Ah, it does look pretty if that’s what you prefer – I’m a shimmer girl all the way, so it kind of ducked under my radar 🙂
You’re not the last person in the universe not to buy it, I still haven’t bought it and to be honest I’m not in a rush to. The Too Faced one works just as great and I love the colors so much I buy the individual pots as well.
Oh, I haven’t seen the Too Faced one, I’ll keep an eye out for it 🙂 I know about the MUA dupe, but I swatched it in the shop and found the shadows to be pretty poor quality… I am self-confessedly an Urban Decay eye product addict, though, they’re my favourite brand for all things eyes!
