Did you see Part One, where I reviewed the Neon Love soap and Prince Charming shower gel? Well, I couldn’t help going back to Lush to pick up a couple more items from the Valentine’s Day Lush products…
So I came home with the Love Locket bath bomb and the Tender is the Night massage bar. As I mentioned in my last post, I think these are both pretty pricey (£6.95 and £6.50 respectively), but if that doesn’t put you off, then you should really enjoy these two sweet, girly products. Continue reading
Wow, January’s gone by so fast! The end of the month has really snuck up on me, and it’s already time for empties. Want to see what I’ve been using and finishing in the last few weeks?
The first couple of photos are things I finished at home, the rest I have finished in Oxford. Rather than store everything until the end of the month, I decided to photograph things in twos and threes, as they were finished, and then ditch the packaging so it wasn’t hanging around for ages! That’s why things aren’t in neat categories, but just in random groups…
Just a quick little review today – one of the perfumes from Next, the Milan eau de parfum. I was lucky enough to get this as a Christmas present, and it is a really gorgeous scent that will be perfect for spring. Continue reading
I think there must be something in the blogging water recently, because a bunch of beautiful bloggers have ever so sweetly nominated me for awards. Thank you to Sunny and Roseybelle for nominating me for the Liebster Award, and Kiara for the Sunshine Award nomination! ❤
Luckily for me, they are both quite similar awards, so I have three sets of 11 questions to answer (since that’s quite a lot, I won’t be doing extra facts for the Sunshine Award!). Then I will nominate a few different people, and just post up one set of questions for both! So, without further ado…
I’m sure I’ve mentioned before that I really rate the Boots Botanics range of skincare, and the All Bright range is my personal favourite for my skin. I’ve previously reviewed the cleanser, but I’ve been slowly accumulating the rest of the range, and have been enjoying it! I thought it would be nice to showcase several products in one review, and show you how it all fits together. I now have the Gentle Cleansing Cream, the Cleansing Toner, the Purifying Face Scrub, the Cleansing Foam Wash, and the Hydrating Day Cream. All the products are under £5, and can be found on the Boots website here.
The whole range is formulated with plant extracts which are supposed to provide brighter skin. It has no parabens, is ‘people-tested’, and the packaging is made with at least 25% recycled material. The packaging itself is basic, but neat-looking – white plastic with a striking pink and green hibiscus flower on. Overall, the range gives off a simple and clean vibe, perfect for the budget skincare market.
Let’s take these in the order I’d normally use them! Continue reading
So, since it’s stopped being Christmas at Lush, it must be time for Valentine’s Day! I’m not sure about their calendar-keeping, but I am pleased to see another new collection from Lush already. Continue reading
Morning! I was tagged by the lovely Laura of Pink Lemonade to do the Get To Know Me Tag – a series of questions that should hopefully answer everything you could ever want to know about me… ‘Cause you know, obviously you’ve all been dying to know!
